A show that focuses on local and ethnic cuisine, providing our listeners with recipes, tips and nutritional advice. The show is flavoured with great music from around the world and features guest contributors.

4pm to 5pm

Featuring a broad range of music produced by Irish artists, from Aslan to U2, as requested by our listeners. The show includes regular interviews with local musicians and is presented in English agus as Gaelige.

5pm to 6pm

Keeping you up to date with local sporting events by providing you with complete previews, reports and analysis.

6pm to 7pm

A chat with a local personality who describes their lives, work and leisure, and their philosophy
